Tomorrow is World Backup Day

Which means we all get into our cars and spend the day driving in reverse?  Not quite.  What this means for some of your that today is the day you quit kicking that can down the road and set up a data backup for your systems.  Hardware, software, cloud – pick your poison and set it up.

For those of you who are already using a backup solution, today would be a great day to test your backup solution, and see if you can actually restore your data should you need to.

Backup protects your data from accidental or intentional loss or destruction, and is an important part of a comprehensive cybersecurity plan.  You might want to check out the product reviews at the following links.  Some of these products are recommended by both reviewers.  Personally, I’ve used Carbonite for years, but lately have been unhappy with the way that updates work, so I am looking hard at Acronis.
